Baseball Reference is a treasure trove for baseball fans. One of the website’s features, the BR Bullpen, hosts tons of information about baseball history, including the best storylines from every day and every year of professional baseball.

Our goal for this project was to share at least one piece of baseball history per day on X to see what resonated with fans. During a 3-month period, the team and I experimented with different layouts, images, links (or none), and copy.

We found that our best-performing posts were those with an interactive or conversational element, prompting fans to engage with our content.
